How long is a typical session?
My sessions usually run 45 minutes – one hour.
How do I pay?
You can pay through credit, debit, and Zelle.
Do you accept insurance?

I only accept insurance at my group practice, Child & Family Psychologists, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Some of the insurances I accept are from the following: Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, Anthem, Oscar, Oxford, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Empire, and New Directions Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

I see clients out-of-network as well. I work with a billing company, Thrizer, to assist you with the benefits of your insurance plan. They’ll send a superbill to your insurance on your behalf, which documents your service; you will then receive a reimbursement of your out-of-pocket cost.

How do I make an appointment?

You can call to set up an appointment at (954) 800-3195.

Can I cancel an appointment? Do you have a cancellation policy?
You must give 24 hours’ notice in advance to cancel. Otherwise, I will charge you the full session fee.

What will therapy with you be like?
Just imagine being in the presence of a wise and compassionate person having your undivided attention.
How long will I be in therapy?
I don’t believe in a timeframe for therapy. The length of time depends on the individual. For some, it’s short-term, and others stay longer. There are always clients that come back for various reasons.
Do you offer video or phone sessions?
Yes.
How long have you been in practice?
I have been in practice for over 20 years.

Yes.
How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?
Well, there are two things. One is there a connection and you feel understood? Second, do you think I can help you? I’m upfront if I can’t help someone.
